What it fixes
Problems this solution removes
Nobody knows where the cable went
How much was cut from the reel, which site it went to, how much came back. In a spreadsheet that's lost within a month. In Davirix every cut is recorded against the reel and the project.
Overruns show up only at project close
Every issue to a project is checked against the estimate's material needs, daily. You see the overrun while the work is going on.
A camera comes back under warranty. Who bought it?
Scan the serial: receipt, sale date, site, and warranty end. No notebooks.
Store, warehouse, and crew live apart
Showroom discounts, warehouse stock, and on-site installation are in one system. Management sees the state of things without phoning around.
The process
End to end, in one system
- 1
Estimate
Equipment, cable, and labour. The version the client approves is frozen.
- 2
Procurement
Material needs come from the estimate; shortfalls become purchase orders.
- 3
Warehouse
Issue to project, cut cable by the metre, scan serials.
- 4
Installation
Work orders, crews, change orders for extra work.
- 5
Handover
Acceptance certificate and settlement with the client.
- 6
Service
Customer equipment, warranty terms, tickets with SLA deadlines.
AI agents
What the AI agents do in this industry
Equipment running low
When cameras, NVRs, or cable run low, it proposes a restock or transfer task for the storekeeper.
Client debt
Finds overdue debt and gives the account manager a collection task, with the evidence.
Service assistant
Answers on warranty by serial number, ticket status, and equipment history.
Telegram replies to customers
The sales assistant answers price and stock questions in the mode you choose.

Questions about this solution
Our goods arrive with serial numbers. Do we type each one in?
No. Serials are scanned in sequence at receipt and picked by scanner at sale. From then on the system keeps each number's history.
We sell cable by the metre and use it on installations. Is that tracked?
Yes. A reel is its own unit, and every cut records which reel it came from, where it went, and who issued it.
Can we compare the estimate with actual usage?
Yes. Every issue to the project is subtracted from the estimate's needs, so you see what went over and what hasn't been drawn yet.
We price in dollars; clients pay in so'm.
Each document carries the day's rate. The till takes dollars and so'm together, and debt is kept in the document's currency.
